What are hotel AI agents?
Hotel AI agents are domain specialists that plan, recommend, and execute inside an agentic Hotel Management System — typically covering revenue, reservations, distribution, and operations — with human override when operators want it. Guest-facing confirm-gated AI is usually a separate concierge product, not a staff ops bot.
Why it matters
Generic chatbots do not own inventory integrity, rate policy, or ARI health. Named specialists create topical clarity for buyers and searchable authority for each domain.
