This policy covers visitors to our marketing site, prospective customers, and users of NISKA’s AI agentic Hotel Management System and related applications. Hotel guest data processed on behalf of a property is governed by that property’s instructions and applicable data processing terms.

We may collect account details (name, email, company, role), usage and device data (logs, IP address, browser type), communications you send us, and billing or contracting information when you purchase or evaluate NISKA. We do not sell personal information.

We use information to provide and improve the platform, authenticate users, secure accounts, communicate product updates and support, fulfill contracts, analyze product performance, and comply with law. AI features process operational hospitality data to generate recommendations and actions under your configuration and access controls.

We share information with subprocessors that help us host, secure, and operate the service; with professional advisors when required; and with authorities when legally obligated. We may share aggregated or de-identified insights that cannot reasonably identify an individual.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and customer configuration.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Contact privacy@niskagroup.com to exercise rights. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority where applicable.

We apply administrative, technical, and organizational controls designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, logging, and least-privilege practices. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure; see our Security page for more detail.

NISKA may process information in India and other countries where we or our subprocessors operate. Where required, we use appropriate transfer mechanisms and contractual safeguards.
