NISKA + MakeMyTrip / Goibibo: designed distribution surfaces

MakeMyTrip and Goibibo are central to many Indian hotels’ pickup. NISKA is designed to support these OTA surfaces through channel connectivity when enabled for your property—ARI sync, reservations in, and operational handling of mods/cancels. Connectivity is certification- and configuration-dependent; this is not a claim that every logo is live for every tenant today.

What the connection is designed to do

MakeMyTrip and Goibibo are a large share of pickup for many Indian hotels. NISKA is designed to treat those OTAs as channel surfaces: availability, rates, and restrictions go out, and reservations, modifications, and cancellations come back onto the property book.

That only happens when the channel is enabled and certified for the property. A logo on a marketing page is not the same as a live mapping for your hotel ids and rate plans.

What to verify before you rely on it

Ask which rate plans, room types, and restriction types actually sync, and what the desk sees when an update fails. The useful test is a failed push and a modification, not a happy-path demo booking.

Compare that behaviour with the channel page and the Agentic AI Channel Manager module. Connectivity stays configuration-dependent.

Editorial note: connectivity and go-live claims are configuration-dependent. This library does not invent market-share rankings or universal ROI. Verify GST, DPDP, and tax treatment with qualified advisors for your properties.
