Agents can propose a rate, a room, or a guest reply. You decide which of those may go live only after a person confirms.
Desk truth
You sit with hotels until the product matches how the desk runs on a busy day, including what staff refuse to automate.
Honest scope
The product is early and the market is hotels. You cut work that does not serve the first operator job, without turning NISKA into a point tool.
Who you are
- You have shaped B2B product, ideally hospitality, revenue, or operations software.
- You can talk to a front-office lead and a platform engineer in the same week.
- You write tightly and can work hybrid from India.
- Running a hotel desk, an RMS, or a PMS implementation is a plus, not a requirement.
About the team
You report to the Founder & CEO. Product here is not a ticket intake. You work in the same room — hybrid India — as the people shipping the platform and the people onboarding hotels.
