What you will do
You own the platform the agents run on. That is the transactional hotel record — reservations, rates, inventory, and guest context — and the confirm gates that stop a specialist agent from writing money or rooms without a person. You ship those services in production, next to how a desk actually runs, not as a prototype beside it.
Where you will have impact
One property record
Reservations, rates, and guest context stay on a single hospitality model. Agents read that record. They do not fork a second truth.
Confirm gates
High-impact writes wait for a human. You build the rail, the audit trail, and what happens when staff decline.
Clear boundaries
Contracts, events, and data ownership stay obvious as more of the hotel OS lands. Platform Core stays shared tenancy and audit — hotel transactions stay with PMS.
Operator workflows
You pair with product on the desk, not a queue of isolated tickets. The API has to match a night audit, a rate change, and a check-in.
Who you are
- You have shipped production APIs or data systems, preferably in TypeScript.
- You care about correctness when inventory and money are on the line.
- You write clearly with a small team and can work hybrid from India.
- Hospitality, PMS, payments, PostgreSQL, NestJS, or event-driven systems are a plus. Systems judgment matters more.
About the team
You report to the Founder & CEO and work with product and customer success. There is no large platform organisation to disappear into. The company is early, hybrid in India, and the product is meant for hotels worldwide.
Why NISKA
NISKA is building an Agentic AI Hotel Management System for operators who need one property record and a human confirm before high-impact writes go live. Specialist agents can advise. Staff decide what the hotel actually does.
NISKA INNOVATIONS LLC is registered in Wyoming. The operating hub is India, hybrid. The founder spent two decades in hotel operations and hospitality software before starting this — the product starts from the desk, not from a generic AI wrapper.
- Starts from the desk. Workflows are shaped with people who have run one — reservations, rates, guest path, and the audit trail.
- Agents with a gate. Agents propose on one property model. Inventory, money, and guest writes wait for a person.
- Early on purpose. These seats are broad. You own an outcome, not a slice of a finished department.
