One property, onboarded
Rooms, rates, and guest context land on a single record. You catch bad data before go-live, and you can say exactly what is wrong.
Go-live with a gate
Staff stay in control of high-impact writes. You run the go-live so confirm is a real step, not a slide.
Field notes that ship
Desk friction comes back as product notes engineering can build. You do not collect a backlog nobody reads.
The relationship
After the demo, the hotel knows who to call. You write the follow-up an operator will actually read, including during hotel hours when a go-live needs it.
Who you are
- You have supported or operated hotels, or onboarded B2B hospitality software.
- You stay calm with messy property data and precise about what is wrong.
- You write follow-ups operators will read, and you can work hybrid from India.
- PMS, channel manager, GST or folio work, and WhatsApp-first guest paths are a plus.
About the team
You report to the Founder & CEO and sit with product. Customer success at this stage is onboarding and truth-telling, not a scaled playbook. Hybrid India, with room for hotel hours.
